How to make Spinach pasta with step-by-step photos:
1. Cook pasta. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic till translucent or for 5 minutes. Add chopped palak (I use up the stalks too, it's full of fibre) and cook open until palak wilts. let it cool down.
2. Grind the palak - onion mixture till you get a smooth paste. 1-2 tablespoon of water can be added.
3. Again heat the same pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil and add the paste. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes till the raw smell of palak goes off.
4. Pour milk and cream. Add pepper and salt. Mix well. Add the cooked pasta. Mix well till the pasta are well coated. Cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
